Our board joins media, technology, business, and entertainment entrepreneurs who want to have an impact in providing the tools, skills, and support to "enlighten people” through working as a partner with other nonprofits and on specific projects.

Board Members

Andrew Denis, President

Andy is an artificial Intelligence software developer, internet entrepreneur, inventor, business operator, and multimedia expert. He has worked in projects as varied as developing the first online karaoke system for a Japanese company NTT in 1991, to helping found two of the major East Coast multimedia labs, to being awarded a chaos theory-based wireless communications patent later purchased by Lucent, to filing more than a dozen patents in artificial intelligence and quantum-AI. He has a bachelor’s in Computer Science CS/CS EE from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Toni Denis, Secretary

Toni is a creative writer, editor, and working journalist with experience at newspapers, magazines, and internet companies. She has worked for such publications as the Dallas Times Herald, Newsday, and Businessweek. She was formerly editor of Hotel Business magazine and co-founded the website Hotel Interactive with her husband Andy. They currently operate Seeflection.com, an artificial intelligence news website and consulting company. She regularly writes for 5enses Magazine, a monthly alternative publication in Prescott. She is also on the board of the Arizona Philharmonic. Her degrees include a bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana; and a master of arts in creative writing from Stony Brook University in New York.

Lindsay Bell, Treasurer

Lindsay worked full-time for over 30 years in the non-profit sector. Her work experience was primarily in the administration of publicly funded human service programs including employment programs, disability services and behavioral health programs. Currently, she is volunteering part-time with a small non-profit transportation company (Territorial Transit, Inc.) that is working with other agencies in the area to establish a regional public transit system. A resident of Prescott for the past 37 years, Lindsay was elected and served on the Prescott City Council from 1995 to 1999. She has been on several City of Prescott planning committees, including the 1993 Strategic Planning Committee, the 1997 and 2003 General Plan committees, and most recently, the Prescott 2050 Visioning Committee. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master’s in Public Administration from Arizona State University.

Eric Koenig, Visionary

Eric is a product and patent developer, inventor, marketer, entrepreneur, and business development expert. He is the Co-Founder of Qwantum World and Founder of Koe Lab, LLC, an intellectual property and creative consulting business. He has filed patents in the areas of mobile technologies, interactive advertising & branded entertainment, voice search, social media, gaming, blockchain, eCommerce, augmented reality, medical technology, and consumer products. Among his many projects includes the development of a young children’s animated character project called Ugo Igo, including stories, products, and concepts.

Mark Romeo, Development

For over two decades, Mark has been guiding premier companies and institutions to differentiate their brands, products, and services to optimize revenues through the development of ground-breaking concepts, strategic partnerships, and business ventures. He is a consensus-building marketing leader in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. His social impact efforts have resulted in ground-breaking marketing campaigns and award-winning film/television programs. During his career, Mark has raised more than $20 million for Non-Profits and NGOs, including $5 million in corporate sponsorship from Ford EV for The National Geographic Society’s two-part PBS environmental documentary series “Strange Days on Planet Earth.” As Executive Producer of the feature film entitled “The Man Who Saved the World,” Mark raised over $10 million for the largest Nuclear Disarmament Organizations. Mark earned an MBA from the Babcock School at Wake Forest University. He has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University’s School of Business, The Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon University, and The Wharton School.
